BREAKING MUSIC NEWS:Singer Foster Sylvers dead at 64.

Hi everyone,i’ve got some major breaking music news,and it’s a sad one.Singer Foster Sylvers of The Sylvers,and best remembered for his top 10 hit “Misdemeanor”has died at the age 64 from cancer. Foster was from the family group The Sylvers that made it’s debut back in the fall of 1972.In the spring of 1973,Foster has made his solo debut hit “Misdemeanor” from his self-titled debut album “Foster Sylvers” released on the Pride-MGM label.That was his only one-hit wonder.In 1976,when the family group switched to Capitol Records with their album called “Showcase”,Foster has only sung 2 tracks which includes “Boogie Fever”which went to #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Pop Singles Charts on May 15th,1976 for 1 week,and #1 on Billboard’s Soul Singles Charts on March 6,1976 for 1 week,and “Cotton Candy” went to #59 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Pop Singles Charts and #19 on Billboard’s Soul Singles Charts.
